Updated October 25, 2023

Altoona Arthritis & Osteoporosis Center and the Altoona Center for Clinical Research has the top priority of the safety and well-being of our patients and staff at all times.

Due to the current events surrounding COVID-19 we continue to keep this priority forefront at all times and ask that if you have an upcoming appointment at our office and if you have signs of sickness or symptoms of flu-like illness with a fever of 100.4 or higher, please contact our office at 814-693-0300 to reschedule your appointment.

Masking is now optional. Please use your own best judgement on whether wearing a mask is in the best interest of you, our patients and staff.

After seeing the physician, physician assistant or nurse, the visitor will be asked to return to the main waiting room if the patient needs to have blood work or x-ray studies. These waiting areas are very small and we will need to maintain distance.
